The ISS will be visible from Canyon Lake again on February 9, at maximum brightness. We’ll be able to see it first low to the NW at 7:20 pm, and it will rise fairly high in the sky (but not overhead), then disappear at 7:25 to the ESE.
I’m getting this from a great site, Heavens Above. You can pick your location on the map and it gives very specific information for viewing all manner of space activity. NASA also has a space station tracker which I haven’t used, for no particular reason.
