Music at the Park(ing lot)

Last night we saw Ray Wylie Hubbard at Brookshire Brothers; they have a great informal concert setting, a stage on the side of the store with table seating, a bar, and a food tent. Hundreds of people sat in lawn chairs, and the crowd was lively and engaged. Ray Wylie gave a great show, energetic and charming, and there were clearly a lot of hard core fans in the audience. Plus the store sold umbrellas and ponchos! Altogether a great evening. Oh, and it was so much fun to sing along with Ray Wylie’s most well known song, “Redneck Mother”.

The Heavens Above home page has a cool image showing where the space station is at the moment, with its path marked: https://heavens-above.com/main.aspx
