Good day for birds on the water

The cormorants had a lot going on, but the turtles–not so much.

We’re under a tornado watch until 6, but it’s been a very calm day so far, overcast and drizzly with occasional actual rain. I spent a lot of time on the second floor patio and it was incredibly pleasant, especially once the birds gathered and kindly posed for me.
