Our friendly neighborhood fox has been visiting often lately. Last night it made several trips into & out of Tedderhaven. There are video clips of each of these four trips in the Nest video library.
1 Cabin Driveway (9:01:02) → Driveway (9:02:01) → Gate (9:02:20)
2 Gate (9:21:52) → Driveway (9:22:28) → Cabin Driveway (9:22:43)
3 Gate (1:54:10) → Cabin Driveway (1:55:02)
4 Cabin Yard (2:31:26) → Driveway (2:31:40) → Gate (2:32:50)
The fox seems to prefer middle-of-the-night, with half of its Tedderhaven visits in the 2:00am to 4:00am range. But it has visited several times (including last night) at around 9:00pm.

Jon, very useful analysis!
Jon comments:
Last night the fox carried around its prey, and at first we guessed that it might be a snake, but upon closer inspection, the fox is carrying an animal that has a prominent tail. After researching the types of animals around Canyon Lake, as well as which prey are sought-after by foxes, my best guess is that the animal is a Virginia opossum.
